Suddenly, a figure appears within the bar. This figure seems to phase in to this reality through this smoke and smoldering ashes of the burned down walls and floors.

He surveys the surroundings and the people within it.

Soon after a bright light engulfs the building and blood starts flowing from the walls and lights. The blood pools on the floor of the bar as the spectre floats through the space over to the remains of the burnt out bar.
